itinerary review

This service is offered to people who already have made their travel itinerary but just would like another pair of eyes on it before it is finalized.

1. You’ll send me your itinerary via email, as well as complete my travel questionnaire thoroughly filled out.

2. I’ll review the itinerary and then email you any notes and questions about your itinerary, including any revisions I think you should make.

3. If you have any questions or want to further discuss my notes and your itinerary then we can schedule a Google Meet call of up to 1-hour long.

full itinerary development

This is the full package as I will develop a detailed and timed itinerary for you based on your answers to our call and questionnaire. I will not be booking anything for you though, it will be your responsibility to follow through and book everything on the itinerary. Your itinerary will include all the information you’ll need on your trip to include: hotel accommodations, daily activities, specific tours, restaurants, and the time schedule you need to keep to. I recommend adding your confirmation numbers after booking into the itinerary as well.

1. We will schedule a 1-hour Google Meet call where we cover everything to do with your upcoming trip: budget, length of trip, where you are traveling from, interests, and any spots you already know you want to see.

2. I’ll send you a list of all the spots I recommend for your trip and let you know if you need to narrow it down at all. You will review it thoroughly and modify the list to show which spots are must-sees for you and cross off ones you’re not really feeling.

3. Once you send this list back to me, I will then begin to turn it into an actual itinerary.

4. Once I complete a draft of the itinerary, I’ll send it back to you via email and we will schedule another 1-hour Google Meet call to discuss it.

5. After the call, I will amend the itinerary based on your feedback. I will send the amended and final itinerary within 72 hours of our Google Meet call.

6. If any follow-up questions pop up in your mind, do not hesitate to reach out. With this service, you receive full support up until the date of your travels.

1-week or less: $150

• Please note: if a second revision to the itinerary is needed based on changed requests from you then an additional charge will be required depending on how extensive the change is.

trip building

For this service, I do not create a detailed itinerary for you, but I rather give you a list of recommended things to do, places to see, places to stay, and restaurants based on your answers in my travel questionnaire.

1. We will schedule a 1-hour Google Meet call where we cover everything to do with your upcoming trip: budget, length of trip, where you are traveling from, interests, and any spots you already know you want to see.

2. I’ll send you an email with all the locations that I recommend you look into based on your interests - this will be a basic list format, not a detailed itinerary, though I will also include some basics about visiting such as hours, pricing, and how long the average visit to the spot is. The list will include specific activities to do, tours to go on, hotels to stay at, etc. You will then have to do follow-up research into the spots and plug them into an actual itinerary yourself.

3. If you have follow-up questions after you receive my email you are able to email me back up to 10 questions about the list of items.

4. At this point, you can also decide to upgrade to the full itinerary development option and pay the remaining difference.

Terms & payment

To secure your package, a deposit of $50 is required before our first call. The remaining balance will be due at the conclusion of our call before I can begin working on your itinerary. The only exception to this is the itinerary review, which is due in full at booking.

As I like to take my time and be extremely thorough when planning these itineraries, a minimum of 8 weeks is needed to book the full itinerary development. An itinerary review can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance of your travels.

I cannot book any accommodations, tours, or transport tickets on your behalf. I will include direct links in your detailed itinerary or in your list of activities for you to easily be able to book them.

I take great care in planning your travels for you. I do everything in my power to make sure you have a trip planned that you will thoroughly enjoy, be safe, and work within your budget. I will not be held responsible for any unforeseen changes or circumstances that may or may not pop up and affect your travel.
